SHIPPING POLICY (WHOLESALE)

All orders are processed within 2–5 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) following cleared payment.

Dispatch times may vary depending on stock availability and order volume.

All wholesale orders are subject to a minimum order value of £200 (ex VAT).

Orders below this threshold will not be processed.

Free UK mainland delivery applies to orders over £500 (ex VAT).

For orders under £500 (ex VAT), delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.

Estimated delivery timeframe:
1–3 working days after dispatch.

Additional delivery charges may apply. Delivery times may be extended by 1–2 working days depending on location.

For palletised or high-volume orders, custom freight pricing may apply. Please contact us for a quotation prior to ordering if required.

Customers must inspect goods immediately upon delivery.

Any damage, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Risk in goods transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Core Trading UK is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.
